Element 3D Map replaces the pause map with a camera players fly over the world itself. Instead of a flat drawing, they see the streets, buildings and terrain as they exist in game, with the markers your other resources create shown on top of them.

What players get

  • A camera they control. Drag to move, scroll to zoom. Zoom speed follows altitude, so the map stays usable from a street corner to the whole city.
  • The markers they already know. Markers created by your other resources appear without any work on your side, with their icon, colour and name.
  • Destinations. Double-click a place or a marker to set a destination, and the route is drawn across the map as it is generated.
  • Personal markers. Players place their own points of interest, and remove them by pressing the same key close to one.
  • Readouts. A legend of what is on screen, the street and area under the camera, a scale bar, and a player card with name, server id and character portrait.
How players use the map covers every control.

What you get

  • Nine groups of settings covering controls, camera behaviour, marker appearance, routes, on-screen panels, interface colours, sound and visual treatment. See Configuration.
  • English and Italian, plus any language you add. See Languages and text.
  • Commands other resources can call to open the map, add markers, attach information to existing markers and define alternative views of the map. See Exports.

What you need

The map runs with or without a framework: with one, the player card shows the framework’s character name, and without one it shows the FiveM account name and reads whether the player is alive from the game itself. The map also ships an integration that has to be installed into your other resources so their markers are visible. Without it the map opens and works, but shows fewer markers. Start at Install the map.
